This course at Oasen, Nuets Center in Odense focuses on using singing bowls for wellbeing and sound in water as a calm, mindful pause. The programme is aimed especially at those who find it difficult to feel themselves because they are too much in their head, or those who know someone who needs a mental break combined with physical relaxation.
Module 2 takes place Monday 5 October from 19:00-21:45. Price kr. 500,-/600,-. The venue is Thorsgade 13, baghuset, hos Nuets Center, 5000 Odense C, with free parking by Føtex. No prior experience is required, only the desire and interest to lie down on a mat or a mattress you bring yourself while sound bowls and singing bowls are set in motion.
