At Oasen in Nuets Center in Odense, you can take part in teaching on the use of singing bowls for wellbeing and sound in water. The course is aimed especially at those who find it difficult to feel themselves and often feel "too much in their head". You will be introduced to simple techniques that can help move awareness into the body and create a calm, mindful pause.
Module 1 is about teaching in singing bowls for a sound bath on land and takes place Monday 27 July, 19:00-21:45. Price DKK 500,-/600,-. Module 2 on teaching in singing bowls for a sound bath in water is held Monday 7 September, Monday 5 October and Monday 2 or 30 November, 19:00-21:45. Price DKK 500,-/600,- (or 750,-/900;- if you bring a good friend). The venue is Thorsgade 13, the back house, at Nuets Center, 5000 Odense C, with free parking by Føtex. No prior experience is required, only the desire and interest to lie on a mat or a mattress you bring yourself while sound and singing bowls are set into vibration.
