In the old farming community, tools, implements, containers and kitchenware were produced almost exclusively from wood and other natural materials. Most items could be made and repaired on site when they broke down.
The woodshed was the farm's workshop – the place where most of the work happened. Here you could experience the craftsmen in their daily work. You can peek inside and perhaps see carving being done, a basket being woven, a spoon being repaired, or new teeth being made for an old rake.
On certain days, you get to try your hand at the carving bench and be a craftsman for a day.
