The Deep Dark Woods from Saskatchewan, Canada, visit Dexter for a concert moving between folk rock, Celtic folk song and country blues. For more than two decades, the band has stood out as a strong name on the Canadian scene, and their songs combine reflection with bursts of energy.
Frontman Ryan Boldt is at the center as singer and songwriter with a slightly psychedelic and at times dark expression. On the band's eighth album, The Circle Remains from 2025, inspirations from The Band and their releases from the early 70s are clearly audible. The Deep Dark Woods have previously visited Denmark, including appearances at Tønder Festival. Admission: 225 kr + possible fee.
