The Bones of J.R. Jones is the alias of Jonathon Linaberry, who here presents music from his sixth album Radio Waves. The sound is atmospheric and hypnotic, combining acoustic instruments with retro synthesizers, while the songs explore memory, longing, doubt, and the uncertainties of adult life.
Linaberry is from central New York, first played in punk bands, and launched The Bones of J.R. Jones in 2012. Since then, he has released albums and EPs, and his music has been featured in series such as True Detective, Suits, and Daredevil. The concert takes place at Dexter, and admission is 250 kr + evt. gebyr. Tickets must be bought or ordered in advance.
