Do you want to develop your sewing skills under the guidance of an experienced tailor? Patricia Burgaya offers an in-depth sewing circle during the autumn season, spanning four Saturdays of four hours each: 29 August, 26 September, 31 October, and 21 November from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The group's approach is based on classical tailor's principles – precision, care, and a relaxed working process. The focus is on creating clothes that match your specific needs and, through professional sewing methods, become durable and timeless. You decide what projects you want to work on – whether it is your own designs (such as a jacket or trousers), upcycling your wardrobe, or working from existing patterns. Patricia can also help you develop your own cutting techniques and basic forms.
Focus on Craftsmanship and Community
The group is for both those who want to delve into more ambitious projects and beginners who would like to learn to sew from scratch. There is emphasis on both the craft itself and a safe and cozy atmosphere – like-minded sewers meet in a community with room for good conversations. You come as you are, and Patricia will work with you to find the right approach for your level.
