Spireløbet is part of Helteløbet and a charitable family running event that focuses on children and young people's mental health and well-being. The race is not about winning, but about running together for an important cause, having fun, and raising awareness of children and young people in psychiatric care. No child should struggle alone.
We run on a route of approximately 1000 metres, which you can complete as many times as your energy allows. Children under 18 can run as superheroes with capes and masks. In addition to running, you can participate in creative workshops arranged by Kreaheltene, where you can make your own medal or take part in a collaborative artwork. REMA 1000 offers hot chocolate.
Program:
- 9.00 AM: Collection of race numbers and capes. Creative workshop opens
- 10.00 AM: Group warm-up
- 10.10 AM: Race starts
- 12.00 PM: Closing
The event takes place simultaneously in Aabenraa, Odense, Esbjerg and Vejle on 8 November.
