Discover judo – no experience or prior skills required. Phoenix Judo will teach you fundamental judo techniques and exercises for all levels. Training is both fun and physically challenging.
The only requirements are clean, trimmed fingernails and toenails, plus a willingness to try. You can sign up for a free trial session with no obligation.
Cost: Membership is 600 kr. per 4 months, plus an annual judo license. The license costs 200 kr. for members under 16 years old, 300 kr. thereafter; it is paid separately the first year, and included in membership fees in subsequent years.
