Try judo with no requirement for prior experience or special skills. Phoenix Judo offers an introduction to basic judo techniques for all levels — combining learning, fun, and community.
Only requirement: trimmed nails on hands and feet, plus willingness to participate. After training, you are welcome to join in social fellowship.
Fees: Free trial training. Thereafter 400 kr. per 4 months plus annual license (100 kr. until age 7, 200 kr. after). Annual license is included in the membership fee from the second term onwards.
