Teater Momentum celebrates two decades of theatre-making in the city with a spectacular, free outdoor performance. Through light, sound and live performance, the building's history comes alive – what would the theatre's architecture say if it could speak? Through images, echoes, body movements and music, the narrative unfolds as a memorable moment for scenic experimentation, community and a city in constant change.
This 20-minute commemoration honours Momentum's iconic volumes and the role the house has played in Odense over two decades. The performance draws on the traces the building holds – witness to the transformations that have taken place around the theatre.
