Join Phoenix Judo's junior team and experience judo training without any prior experience or specific skill requirements. You will learn basic techniques and moves at your own level – whether you're a complete beginner or already know some fundamentals.
Training combines serious learning with fun, games, and a friendly social atmosphere afterward. All you need is well-trimmed nails on hands and feet, plus the willingness to try. If you have long hair, it must be tied in a ponytail, and hairpins are not allowed.
Price: 500 kr. every four months (plus initial license fee of 200 kr.). Annual license is included in the membership fee thereafter. A free trial training session is available – sign up with no obligation.
