Jan Olsen Band presents a concert centered on Jan Olsen's distinctive dark and sensual voice. The music blends rock, americana, and European folk and cabaret music, while the songs revolve around freedom, quality of life, love, and mysticism. Throughout the performance, the music is interwoven with short, humorous anecdotes that add another dimension to the stories behind the songs.
Jan Olsen has received strong reviews in both DK, the Benelux countries, and the USA. The debut album "Secret Love" was named Album of the Week on DR/P5, and "Spirit Chant" is still in rotation on Dutch/Belgian radio stations. During the autumn of '26, he will launch a collection of brand-new songs. The live band consists of guitarist Peter Sund, singer and accordion player Trine Lunau, and drummer and percussionist Peter Dombernowsky. The concert takes place at Mødecenter Odense. Admission: Standard 160,0.
