Join the autumn's guided nature walk on October 4th in the beautiful Tarup-Davinde area. Here awaits fresh air, birdsong and unspoiled nature experiences in the open air, where you can listen to nature's own symphony and catch sight of some of the region's larger bird species.
You can choose between two routes suited to your fitness level:
- A longer walk of 6 km through tree-covered terrain and former gravel pits, now beautiful lakes
- An easier and shorter variant of approximately 3 km, ideal for beginners and birdwatchers of all kinds
Both routes lead through Davinde's bird paradise and end at The Common Meeting Place, a stylishly renovated farm, where you all meet. Here sandwiches, cold drinks and sweet treats with coffee are served — and according to the organisers, the benches are among the best in the whole area.
Note on practical details: There is approximately 600 metres to walk from the parking lot to the meeting place, where the walks begin and end. Vehicles cannot drive all the way, so if you have difficulty walking, you can try to arrange a carpool. Bring hiking boots, as the routes go on gravel with gently rolling terrain.
Meeting point: Rolighedsvej 100 at the Parking Lot, Tarup-Davinde. Date: October 4th, 2026. Price: 110 kr. Remember: Good spirits, hiking boots and binoculars!
