What creates a community that people want to return to again and again? This open conversation explores how ownership, engagement and relationships shape vibrant communities. The event brings together both organizers and participants from creative communities to discuss what motivates people to get involved, take responsibility and contribute actively – and conversely, what can cause a community to lose momentum.
The conversation addresses belonging, motivation, responsibility and the small daily choices that determine whether a community becomes a place where people both want to be and want to help shape. Guest speakers will be announced.
