A performance about identity and community, exploring both inner and outer struggles. Sjælland Theatre's Reumert-nominated youth production tells the story of three young people who meet at a boxing tournament – on one hand rivals in the ring, on the other each fighting their own battle against life and self-understanding.
During the performance, the three teenagers discover that their greatest opponent can become their most important ally. Through boxing, a central question gains meaning: who is standing by your side in the battles that being human requires? The performance explores how identity and community are inseparably connected, and how people may be less different than expected.
